The State Controller’s Office has released the amended claiming instructions and parameters and guidelines for the Peace Officers Procedural Bill of Rights (POBOR) mandate. This claim covers fiscal year 2006-07 and beyond and is due to the State along with all annual claims on January 15th, 2008.
